Another interesting place in Tamilnadu... Picchavaram, Mangrove Swamps.. Fantastic...
You can reach here by Road from Chennai- Pondicherry- Cuddalore- to Chidambaram... Before Reaching Chidambaram - some 14 kms before- you turn left towards this place... You can contact The boat ride in the backwaters can take 4 hours for the full ride... which will be 1.5 hrs to reach the beach and back 1.5 hrs and 1 hr on the beach. Rates are fixed (!! I seem to have misplaced the contact nos... for this place!! How odd!! But anyway you can get like we did.. search Tamilnadu Tourism and search for Picchhavaram and you will get contact no of the Tourism or rather the Forest Deptt Office at this place.. and you can book your stay directly.)

I think Tamil Nadu is a beautiful place.. seems like that from the pics... such a wonderful place for retreat.. specially if u want to get away from the daily hustle bustle..The pics are a visual treat.. keep posting more and i ll def be back...
Yes work hard... I think the Tamilians are Lucky people.. but they do not travel that much like ..hmm like.. others... so these places are quite free from crowds!!
TN has temples, bird sanctuaries, bioreserves, forests, hills waterfalls.. sea... I do not know much I will be able to see .. but will post here whatever I see..
